MoveIron provides informational tools related to strength training and exercise. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program or making changes to your physical activity. Any workout, exercise, or training performed using the Service is undertaken at your own risk.
This disclaimer applies to the MoveIron mobile application and to all content, tools, and resources published on the MoveIron website (moveiron.fit), including but not limited to articles, training guides, and the starting weight calculator. Accessing or using any part of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Weight Estimates and Training Recommendations. Any weight estimates, starting weight recommendations, progression suggestions, or training guidance provided through the Service are statistical approximations based on general population averages and broad fitness principles. They are informational in nature and are not a substitute for individualized assessment or programming by a qualified fitness professional. These estimates do not account for individual factors including but not limited to pre-existing medical conditions, prior or current injuries, physical limitations, mobility restrictions, cardiovascular health, or medication use. Recommended weights may not be appropriate for your specific physical condition. You should reduce any recommended weight if you experience discomfort, pain, or difficulty maintaining proper form. When in doubt, start lighter than suggested.

MoveIron may integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit). If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, MoveIron may read or write workout-related data such as:
Use of Apple Health integration is optional and controlled entirely by the user through Apple's Health app permissions. MoveIron does not use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing purposes.
MoveIron may use artificial intelligence systems to generate training insights, workout recommendations, and progression suggestions. AI-generated outputs are informational and may not be accurate for every individual. You remain solely responsible for determining whether training recommendations are appropriate for your physical condition and experience level.
You may access the Service through account authentication systems such as Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

All content, software, algorithms, designs, logos, and training systems associated with MoveIron are the property of VC Design Lab, LLC or its licensors.
