You should consult with a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program or making changes to your physical activity. Any workout, exercise, or training performed using the Service is undertaken at your own risk.

MoveIron may integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit). If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, MoveIron may read or write workout-related data such as:
Use of Apple Health integration is optional and controlled entirely by the user through Apple's Health app permissions. MoveIron does not use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing purposes.
MoveIron may use artificial intelligence systems to generate training insights, workout recommendations, and progression suggestions. AI-generated outputs are informational and may not be accurate for every individual. You remain solely responsible for determining whether training recommendations are appropriate for your physical condition and experience level.
You may access the Service through account authentication systems such as Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

All content, software, algorithms, designs, logos, and training systems associated with MoveIron are the property of VC Design Lab, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
